There are two distinct engine options available for the 2025 Mazda CX-5. Those who choose the entry-level option will receive a 2.5-liter SKYACTIV®-G naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine that produces 187 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. “Turbo” trim levels come with a turbocharged version of this engine, resulting in an improved output of up to 256 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque when using premium fuel.
