The 2019 Mazda3 is reportedly “all new,” and it will utilize multiple engine options at its launch; it’s speculated that it will add the innovative Skyactiv-X option later in the year, which drastically reduces the car’s emissions. Skyactiv-X technology burns gasoline, but uses a diesel-style compression ignition. The Mazda3 is incredibly efficient too. Available i-ACTIV AWD® keeps utilizes rear-wheel power when traction is needed, or the fuel-efficient front-wheel drive when it doesn’t.
There are also major technology advancements in this new Mazda. The MAZDA CONNECT™ infotainment system is easily accessible via the 8.8-inch screen display. The i-ACTIVSENSE® system includes driver-assist technologies that monitor your attentiveness and alert you when you are driving drowsily and when vehicles are crossing in front of you or approaching from the side. Plus, automatic cruise control can even drive semi-autonomously in stop-and-go traffic and help with lane centering.
